I've trained with Anna for years, despite non-training-related back injuries that nearly incapacitated me. Anna and her team adapted my programs, focusing on rehab exercises when I was sore. There are some super fit ladies in the group but there is no shaming or looking down on anyone who is less fit, instead they encourage you and support you in your journey. It makes getting up for the 6am classes so much more enjoyable. Definitely a fun group to be part of.
